Government’s Special Official Memorial Service for 87-year-old former State Protocol Chief and Ambassador Billy Modise is being held at the International Relations Department in Pretoria.
Modise passed away in hospital last week at the age of 87 following a long illness.
Modise was a retired Chief of State Protocol and a recipient of the National Order of Luthuli.
