A truck driver has died in a crash in northern KwaZulu-Natal. It is believed that two heavy motor vehicles also caught fire following the crash that happened this morning.
The KwaZulu-Natal Road Traffic Inspectorate spokesperson, Sindi Msimang.
“The R34 (P47/2) between Ulundi and Vryheid routes. The accident involves two heavy motor vehicles. It is an active scene. Both trucks are on fire, and the road is closed. We sadly lost the life of a driver, and we are currently looking for a second driver.”
