Tickets for the first Soweto derby of the season are already sold out.

Orlando Pirates will host bitter rivals Kaizer Chiefs in an ABSA Premiership fixture scheduled for the FNB Stadium next Saturday.

Stadium Management South Africa has confirmed that all 82 000 tickets have been sold and there are none left for ordinary spectators for South Africa’s biggest local football match.

The only tickets still available are the 4000 hospitality tickets.

The two teams usually play in the off-season Carling Black Label Cup, but the match was not staged this year because of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.

The two teams are only separated by two points on the log.

Pirates are second and Chiefs third.

Both teams have already played 10 matches this season.
