Temperatures are expected to drop on Monday due to a cold-front that is anticipated in most parts of the country.
The cold front in the western parts of the country is due to arrive from Friday along with isolated thundershowers.
Gauteng residents would experience warm weather conditions over the weekend.
However, 80% of thundershowers are expected on Monday.
Weather forecaster Lulama Pheme says, “There is a cold front that is approaching the west of the country and we are expecting later in the day some isolated showers along the south, the west coast and the south west coast as well as the interior of the Northern Cape.”
“It will affect the Gauteng province later in the day on Monday and spreading to Mpumalanga province,” adds Pheme.
