The Senzo Meyiwa trial has been postponed to tomorrow in the High Court in Pretoria. This comes after Advocate Charles Mnisi, the lawyer for accused number three, Mthobisi Mncube, demanded the master copy of the disc containing all the pictures downloaded from his client’s cellphone when it was confiscated.

Five men are on trial for the football star’s 2014 murder.

Mnisi elaborated, “It can be handed over with the disc and also the phone as well. I’m not so sure if the state will be in a position to do that… I’ve got my view about that, but I don’t want to say it. Is the state only interested in that phone for this case only?”
