President Cyril Ramaphosa was addressing Africa's Education Ministers in Kempton Park, in Ekurhuleni

President Cyril Ramaphosa says the secondary education system needs to be restructured to respond to today’s demands.

With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the President says it’s time Africa adapted and led the way.

Ramaphosa was addressing Africa’s Education Ministers in Kempton Park, in Ekurhuleni. The President says a good education is the doorway to success.

President Ramaphosa says it’s about time education reflected the technological needs of today and the future.

“Africa is blessed with rich mineral and natural resources and it enjoys a young overall population, ripe for engaging in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.”

The two day gathering wants solutions to address various educational challenges on the continent.
