Last week, the same court set aside the decision to disband the Provincial Executive Committee.

The High Court in Pretoria has ordered the ANC in the North West to reinstate Supra Mahumapelo as the provincial chairperson.

Last week,  the same court set aside the decision to disband the Provincial Executive Committee (PEC).

The Provincial Task Team met with the national leadership at the disbanded PEC to get a way forward.

Meanwhile, the ANC has since launched an appeal against the ruling.
