Scores of community members have converged on the Mmabatho stadium parking lot in Mahikeng in the North West, for the Presidential Imbizo, led by President Cyril Ramaphosa, accompanied by several cabinet ministers.
The Imbizo will allow communities to engage with government leaders on issues relating to service delivery in the province.
Security has been beefed up in and around the venue where the Imbizo is being held and where Ramaphosa is expected to engage with the community.

President Ramaphosa is also visiting different projects around the area.
He will receive a briefing from Premier Bushy Maape, assisted by Cogta Deputy Minister Obed Bapela, who is also a District Development Model Champion in the Ngaka Modiri Molema District Municipality.
Meanwhile, some residents in Mahikeng in the North West, have expressed their dissatisfaction about poor service delivery in their area.
