Judge Ratha Mokgathleng has ruled that confession statements allegedly made by accused one and two were made freely and voluntarily and therefore may be admitted as evidence.
Mokgoathleng has made a ruling on the trial-within-a-trial at the High Court in Pretoria, where five men are appearing for the 2014 murder of the Bafana Bafana captain
