South Africans woke up to cold weather conditions Thursday morning and temperatures are expected to drop even further in the evening.
The South African Weather Services says cold and windy conditions are expected over most parts of Gauteng and Mpumalanga on Thursday.
Forecaster Dipuo Tawana says: “We have taken out the snowfall forecast for the period but we are expecting the temperatures to drop over Gauteng and Mpumalanga.”
“It’s still raining over places in Kwa-Zulu Natal and Mpumalanga province and it’s a bit windy in places around Gauteng and Mpumalanga,” adds Tawana.
