AFU to serve summons on Gupta linked companies

The Assets Forfeiture Unit is expected to serve summons on Tuesday to Gupta linked Trillian and consultancy firm McKinsey for deals they had with Eskom and Transnet.

The National Prosecuting Authority last year applied for an order at the High Court in Pretoria to have the company’s assets worth about R 1,6 billion preserved.
