Gauteng premier David Makhura says South Africa needs a leadership that is incorruptible and understands the needs of citizens both in the cities and rural areas.
Makhura was addressing thousands of people during a dialogue with the Hellenic community in Germiston on Gauteng’s East Rand.
Organised in conjunction with the the ANC and the Hellenic, Italian and Portuguese community, the dialogue seeks to create a clear understanding of what fellow South Africans need after the elections.
Makhura says ANC president, Cyril Ramaphosa is the right person to lead the nation.
He says: “One of the key questions we face is, how do we deal with the challenges that our country is facing now. When we face such challenges, we require leadership that is incorruptible and a leadership genuinely committed to fighting corruption, to transform our country into a country that is a society that embraces all.”
