Banyana Banyana have cruised into the semi-finals of the Cosafa Women’s Championship after a 6-0 win over Malawi at Wolfson Stadium in Port Elizabeth.
Banyana, the defending champions, finished top of Group A, they will face Uganda in the semi-finals on Thursday.
On a day when Captain, Janine van Wyk, celebrated her 150th international cap, Banyana put Malawi to the sword with a hat-trick from player of the match, Linda Motlhalo, and a brace Khanya Xesi and another goal from Kgaelebane Mohlakoane.
