Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane says his team will use experience when the two teams meet in the MTN 8 semi-final second leg clash at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Atteridgeville on Wednesday night.

The two teams played to a 1-1 draw at the same venue two weeks ago with Thamsanqa Gabuza scoring for the home team and Gaston Sirino replying for the visitors. The Brazilians will go into the match having scored an away goal.

The two teams have also met in the league clash in the opening match of the season. Sundowns won that match 2-0 with Sibusiso Vilakazi and Temba Zwane on the score sheet.

SuperSport United looked out of sorts in that match, but Mosimane says they have made progress ever since.

Sundowns are fresh from a 5-0 victory against Cote dÓr from Seychelles in the Caf Champions League on Saturday.

They will not have enough time to prepare for the SuperSport United match since they came back yesterday. Mosimane is concerned about that.

Sundowns have some injury concerns ahead of the big clash with Mauricio Affonso, Thapelo Morena, Phakamani Mahlambi doubtful starters.

However, Mosimane says new striker Tokelo Rantie is available for selection.
