In the wake of President Cyril Ramaphosa’s State of the Nation address, residents of Diepsloot and Zandspruit townships in Gauteng are optimistic that Ramaphosa’s presidency will change their lives.

President Ramaphosa promised to meet provincial and local government leaders to ensure that the state is responding to the pressing needs of the people.
