Security company head Mathys Visser and James De Jager have been granted bail in a case stemming from the alleged violent takeover of the bouncer industry in Cape Town.
They appeared in the city’s Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday on firearm charges. Their case is expected to resume in March.
Five other men facing extortion charges in the nightclub bouncer case appeared in the same court on Wednesday.
