Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng says South Africa has become a highly factional society.
The Chief Justice on Friday graced SABC studios during an interview with Bongi Gwala on SAfm.
Mogoeng spoke on a range of issues including his childhood, his student days and what attracted him to law.
The Chief Justice also expressed his views regarding claims that democratic institutions and figures are getting entangled in the politics of the day.
The Chief Justice bemoaned the current levels of corruption.
