As the #woolieswaterchallenge dominates Twitter, even DA leader Mmusi Maimane is cashing in on the fun.
Maimane has become the joke of the day on Twitter after he mixed up his numbers earlier this week when speaking on unemployment in the country.
A video of Maimane on the campaign trail went viral on social media because in it he says “44 out of 10 South Africans don’t have a job”.
Maimane has turned the error into a hilarious campaign video using the water challenge.
The Woolies Water Challenge began when a group of young men posted a video speaking isiZulu and basic English.
They then drink Woolworth’s water and start using big words.

44/10 or 4/10?
It’s actually 4 out 10 South Africans who can not find a JOB. Let’s bring a job in every home, #KeepItGoing and #KeepItFlowing! #Woolieswaterchallenge pic.twitter.com/P1bmG6kVRA
