Legitimacy of sketchy political news accounts on various social media sites

 With the 2019 general elections virtually around the corner, political parties are looking to social media to promote their beliefs and also in some cases – throw shade on the competition. Lotus FM’s current affairs show Newsbreak understands that accounts have been popping up recently on various social media platforms that allege sensational stories about political parties.
But in an age when social media is so vast and informative, how you we differentiate between fact and fake. Newsbreak  posed that very question to political analyst Sanusha Naidu.
