The seventh Cape Town International Animation Festival (CTIAF) will take place from the 2nd to the 4th of March in Cape Town.
The festival will present some of the best local and international films by award winning animators.
The CTIAF has become pivotal for the fast-growing and internationally acclaimed African animation industry.
This is the only festival dedicated to African animation on the continent; the festival will include Insightful panel discussions, stop motion workshops for kids, emerging filmmakers’ initiatives, and outdoor screenings.
Festival Director of the Cape Town International Animation Festival, Dianne Makings says they will be screening more than 30 films, live drawing tasks and business to business classes, producer events and so on.
