Reading Time: < 1 minute
A family in New Brighton, in the Nelson Mandela Bay, has opted for a drive-by memorial service.
Close friends and family are allowed to drop off flowers and gestures of support outside the family home. They will sing their praises and show their gestures of support and condolences to the deceased.
A guard of honour was formed by the church members while adhering to social distancing regulations.
It is a new way of doing a memorial service. So, there is no actual interaction between the family and close friends.
