African National Congress (ANC) President Cyril Ramaphosa has expressed satisfaction in the introduction of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) machine at Mankweng hospital in Limpopo.
Ramaphosa was visiting the survivors of a bus crash involving ANC members who were en route to the January 8 celebrations in Mbombela, Mpumalanga.
Five people have died and nine are still hospitalised following a bus collision at Magoebaskloof outside Tzaneen.
Ramaphosa is also visiting other survivors and the bereaved families in Botlokwa.
He says the MRI machine is important to prepare for National Health Insurance programme.
“This one has come to the rural village, which is Mankweng, this is very good, this is like a real high-end radiology machine, this what the National Health Insurance is all about.”
