Sentencing proceedings in the trial of four men convicted of the murder of the North West businessman, Wandile Bozwana are expected to continue in the North Gauteng High Court in Pretoria this morning.
The matter was postponed yesterday, to allow the defence to prepare for the cross-examination of Bozwana’s brother.
Bozwana was killed in a hail of bullets at the Garsfontein offramp east of Pretoria in October 2015.
His colleague Mpho Baloyi sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
Vusi “Khekhe” Mathibela, Sipho Patrick Hudla, Robert Mutapa and Bonginkosi Paul Khumalo were convicted of Bozwana’s murder in June last year.
