The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) is holding a memorial service for the late struggle stalwart Winnie Madikizela-Mandela in Brandfort where she was banished to by the apartheid regime.
EFF leader Julius Malema is expected to address the memorial service.
The party says the event will be held at Mama Winnie’s old home in Brandfort, which the government has pledged to transform into a museum.
EFF Spokesperson Mbuyiseni Ndlozi says they hope this event will bring the transformation project up to speed.
