I have a professional relationship with Mosimane – Ngoma

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Mamelodi Sundowns winger Aubrey Ngoma says he was disappointed that his planned loan move to Cape Town City did not materialise.

His former team City was looking to sign him on loan at the beginning of the season but Sundowns rejected the offer.

City was looking to sign him to replace Gift Links who has moved to Denmark.

Ngoma says he has a professional relationship with his coach Pitso Mosimane. He has made just six official appearances for Sundowns since he joined the team in January 2018.

That sparked rumours that Ngoma and Mosimane do not get along. He did play in the Shell Helix Cup against Kaizer Chiefs on Saturday but was replaced later on.

Ngoma was one of the top players when he was at City before joining Sundowns.

He was named PSL midfielder of the season and Telkom Player of the Year in 2017. He says being on the side lines has taught him a lot. – Report by Vincent Sitsula
