The Regent of the Zulu Nation and wife of the late King Goodwill Zwelithini, Her Majesty Queen Shiyiwe Mantfombi Dlamini Zulu has passed on.
This was confirmed on Thursday evening in a statement by traditional Prime minister to the Zulu nation, Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi.
In a short statement on behalf of the Royal family, Buthelezi assured the nation that there will be no leadership vacuum in the Zulu Nation.
King Zwelithini succumbed to Covid-19 complications last month.
