WATCH EFF at Police station to open charges against Gordhan

The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) is at the Brooklyn police station in Pretoria to open a criminal case against Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan.

The case is related to alleged money laundering, racketeering, fraud and contravention of the intelligence act and prevention and combating of corrupt activities act and perjury.

On Monday Gordhan laid three criminal charges against the EFF leaders Julius Malema and Floyd Shivambu at the same police station.

The charges are related to the EFF leaders’ attack on him last week outside the Zondo Commission of inquiry into state capture.

The charges include crimen injuria, defamation of character as well as inciting violence.
