Sun City Resort says they are ready to welcome back holidaymakers after it was closed due to national lockdown amid the COVID-19 global pandemic.
The resort is well known for welcoming patrons with many activities to entertain them. The resort is also famous for hosting the annual Golf Challenge and other glamorous events.
Sun City Resort general manager, Brett Hoppe says they are waiting for government to lift the inter-provincial travel ban.
Brett says the other concern is the rising numbers of coronavirus infections in Gauteng where most of their customers come from.
“We have opened most of our urban properties. Our preparations at Sun City are complete and we are ready to open. The moment the travel ban is lifted we will be ready to open. What is interesting obviously with Gauteng having at the present moment massive case of numbers, we are little bit concerned. As soon as the travel ban is lifted we will be ready to go and welcome people back to Sun City.”
