IFP leader Velenkosini Hlabisa says he’ll deliver a message of hope and change at the party’s election manifesto on Sunday.
He was addressing hundreds of party supporters at a rally at KwaMakhutha on the south of Durban.
Hlabisa says it will outline strategies to end load shedding, crime, unemployment and the deteriorating state of the country’s economy.
Hlabisa says the IFP is ready to govern.
