The Gautrain management says full services will resume on Wednesday once the operational schedule has been updated.
The reduced service that is currently operational will continue on Tuesday.
The two-week long strike of Gautrain employees came to an end on Monday after their union, United National Transport Union (Untu) accepted management’s offer of an 8% salary increase and a R900 housing allowance.
Gautrain spokesperson, Kesagee Nayager says reduced service that are currently operational will be further enhanced for Wednesday.
‘Over the cause of today the details of this plan would be communicated to passengers as well as to the media.”
