The first key witness on the scene when a Ford Kuga vehicle caught fire at Wilderness outside George in the Western Cape three years ago, leading to the death of Reshall Jimmy, is expected to testify in the High Court in Cape Town on Monday.
The court is holding an inquest hearing into Jimmy’s death after he was burnt in the incident.
Lawyers representing the Ford Motor Vehicle Company say there’s no evidence that the company is responsible for Jimmy’s death.
His family says they want justice.
