Cyril Ramaphosa has urged South Africans to vote for the ANC again as he looks to correct the wrongs done before, by deploying a new list of people who are fit and proper into government.

African National Congress (ANC) President Cyril Ramaphosa has told supporters that the party will be deploying people who are fit and proper into government after the 2019 General Elections. Ramaphosa delivered the ANC Election Manifesto which coincided with the party’s 107th anniversary celebrations in Durban on Saturday.

He conceded that the party had missed stepped in the past and was ready to self-correct – and has asked South Africans to give the ANC another chance to govern.

Ramaphosa says the ANC national and provincial lists will reflect its renewed commitment to serve.

“We will soon release the list of those who are going to represent you in our parliament, who will also represent you in our provincial legislatures. These will be men and women who will dedicate themselves to go and work hard to see to the attainment of the ideals of the national democratic revolution,” says Ramaphosa.
