Al Ahly confirms Mosimane as their new coach

Egyptian football giants Al Ahly have announced Pitso ‘Jingles’ Mosimane, a day after he resigned with South African champions Mamelodi Sundowns.

Mosimane retweeted African Club of the Century and wrote in Arabic thanking the team and praising the Lord for the opportunity.

Mosimane led Sundowns to the domestic treble this past season. That league title was his fifth league.

He is also the only South African coach to win both the Caf Champions League and Caf Super Cup.

Mosimane won 11 major trophies in his eight-year stay at Sundowns.
