The Soweto Gospel Choir have landed at the OR Tambo International Airport from the United States where they won their third Grammy Award last Sunday.
The choir won the Best World Music album for their latest offering Freedom at the 2019 Grammy Awards in Los Angeles.
In 2007, the group won their first Grammy in the category Best Traditional World Music for their album ‘Blessed’ and took home the same award a year later for African Spirit.
