Pubic Enterprise Minister Pravin Gorhdan has confirmed the contents of an affidavit submitted to the SARS Inquiry suggesting that he got legal opinions before signing off on former SARS Deputy Commissioner, Ivan Pillay’s request for an early retirement pay out.
Gordhan was the SARS Commissioner from 1999 to 2009.
