The much-anticipated Commission of Inquiry into State Capture officially began its proceedings on Monday continues in Parktown, Johannesburg.
Chairperson for the inquiry, Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo, admitted that there were challenges for the Commission of Inquiry into State.
Zondo told the commission that some of their investigators had not been cleared by the State Security Agency.
