Kenya’s opposition leader Raila Odinga has voted in a presidential contest pitting him against his bitter rival President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Odinga arrived at the old Kibra Primary a few minutes after mid-day Kenyan time.
After going through the voter identification process, he cast his ballot, amid pushing and shoving by journalists who had been in the room for hours.
Outside, he was mobbed by thousands of his supporters chanting “baba, baba”.
Outside the polling station, the opposition leader called on his supporters to come out in their numbers to cast their ballots.
Odinga is making a fourth and final attempt at the presidency.
