Rain delays start of play on day 4 of the 2nd test between SA and India

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Rain has delayed the start of play on Day 4 of the second cricket test between South Africa and India at the Wanderers in Johannesburg.

The Proteas will resume on 118 for the loss of two wickets when the rain subsides, needing another 122 for victory to square the series.

Captain Dean Elgar is unbeaten on 46, while Rassie van der Dussen is on 11.

The weather forecast for Thursday afternoon doesn’t look any better, so the chances of any play today are slim.

India leads the three-match series one-nil.
