The Free State High Court has dismissed with costs the convicted rapist and murderer Thabo Bester’s girlfriend Dr Nandipha Magudumana’s application for leave to appeal.
Magudumana wanted to approach the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) to make a determination on the legality of her arrest in Tanzania.
The Bloemfontein High Court has dismissed her application to declare her arrest in Tanzania unlawful.
Judge Phillip Loubser says he is not convinced that the case has a prospect of success.
