In the 2019 elections, the F4SD will be contesting nationally and provincially in Eastern Cape, Mpumalanga, North West and the Western Cape.
The party was founded in 2016 by disgruntled ANC councillors. The party is led by Mbahare Kekana.

F4SD contested the 2016 Municipal elections where the party got a total of 86 667 votes (0.23%).
F4SD previously used to advocate for service delivery issues in the townships. The party says that the only way for South Africa can recover is if all foreign nationals left the country for a decade to give the country a chance to reboot.
