The Energy Department says the fuel price will drop from midnight on Tuesday.
All grades of petrol will drop by 13 cents a litre, diesel by 14 cents and 16 cents while paraffin will drop by 31 cents a litre.
Department of Energy spokesperson Robert Maake says the main reason for the drop in fuel prices is the drop in crude oil prices.
