With only 27 voting districts in Gauteng still to declare results for the 2019 national and provincial elections in South Africa, the ANC is just holding on to the leadership of the province with 50.06% of the vote.
The DA has 27.62% and the EFF 14.62%.
As at 9am on Saturday 11 May, the IEC has declared 99.88% of all results nationally and provincially.
The CSIR predicted a total of 17.44-million people would have voted, representing a turnout of 65.9%, the lowest since 1994.
