Gauteng police are searching for suspects who shot and injured a popular lawyer, Zola Majavu during a business robbery in Kibler Park, south of Johannesburg.
Police say a group of men entered a basement lounge and robbed patrons of their cellphones, cash wallets and car keys.
Provincial spokesperson, Kay Makhubele has called on anyone who might have information to come forward.
“During the process one of the clients of that particular lounge was shot at and taken to hospital. We are investigating a case of business robbery as well as attempted murder. No one has been arrested yet we are continuing with our investigation,” says Makhubele.
