The death toll in Zimbabwe’s boat disaster has risen to 92 following the recovery of eight more bodies. The boat, with the capacity of 90 passengers, capsized last Tuesday on Lake Kariba.
The exact number of people who were on board is unknown.
More than 70 people were rescued and taken to hospital for treatment. A state of disaster has been declared as search operations continue.
