The Kgalema Motlanthe Foundation and the Gauteng government have joined hands to help prepare young South Africans to compete in a digitally-driven economy.

Former President Kgalema Motlanthe says young people must be at the centre of the Fourth Industrial Revolution for it to be successful in South Africa.

The Kgalema Motlanthe Foundation and the Gauteng government have joined hands to help prepare young South Africans to compete in a digitally driven economy.

They are hosting a youth dialogue at the Nasrec Expo Centre.

Motlanthe says young people will drive the Fourth Industrial Revolution and South Africa’s future economic prosperity.

The dialogue also aims to develop youth into creative innovators, entrepreneurs and social impact leaders of tomorrow by embracing active citizenry and utilizing technology to advance society’s interests.
