Galaxy overcame another team from the island when they beat St Louis from Mauritius 2-0 on aggregate.

Glad Africa Championship team TS Galaxy will be looking to do well at home, when they host Madagascan team CNaPS Sport at the Mbombela stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Galaxy overcame another team from the island when they beat St Louis from Mauritius 2-0 on aggregate. Galaxy assistant coach Muisi Ajao says they want to finish the job at home.

Galaxy became the first team from the second-tier league to win the Nedbank Cup, when they beat Kaizer Chiefs last season.

They will also be trying to reach the group stages of the competition if they overcome the Madagascans in the two-legged tie. Ajao says they have what it takes to go all the way.

Ajao says Galaxy’s main ambition will be to gain promotion to the PSL next season. Last season they missed out on promotion despite winning the Nedbank Cup.

This season they have played two matches and drawn all of them to find themselves in 11th place. – Report by Vincent Sitsula
