Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane is appearing before the Justice Committee to explain her recent public comments.
In a recent interview with SABC’s Speaking Frankly, Mkhwebane took a swipe at some judges claiming they were not “objective”.
This followed a decision by the North Gauteng High Court’s decision to set aside her report on the Reserve Bank and ordered her to pay the costs of the litigation from her own pocket.
