National Assembly Speaker Baleka Mbete and National Council of Provinces chairperson Thandi Modise are holding a media briefing in Parliament after the EFF and the DA wrote letters to them to request the delay of the State-of-the-Nation-Address.
The two presiding officers are considering the request and are expected to make an appropriate response. President Jacob Zuma is scheduled to deliver the address on Thursday next week.
