The National Prosecuting Authority and the Hawks brief a joint committee of the police and justice on progress and challenges regarding the prosecution of State Capture cases.
The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services and the Portfolio Committee on Police is having a joint meeting to receive a briefing from the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) on progress and challenges in the prosecution of state capture cases.
The meeting will also be attended by the Directorate of Priority Crime Investigation.
