Minister of Mineral Resources Gwede Mantashe is briefing members of the media on the gazetting of the Mining Charter, 2018.
This follows constructive and open discussions with various stakeholders – including the extension of the period for submission of public comments on the draft Mining Charter – Cabinet approved the Charter, with minor amendments, at its meeting on the 19th of September 2018.
